SO excited to have finally gotten my hair done this weekend! I know it’s silly, but this appointment has been months in the making. I had to cancel my last appointment due to mommy duties, and it just felt like forever since I had gotten my hair cut/colored. It got bad guys, thanking my friends in real life for not saying anything. Anyway, the job needed to be done and I entrusted the task to Mai from Plaza Hair Salon
. I love their work and I felt totally confident letting her take the reigns on the color. I couldn’t decide if I wanted to go darker or lighter, and after going back and forth a hundred times I decided to just let her decide, and she chose well. I love the blonde! I told her definitely no red, yellow, or orange in my hair. The last ombre I got turned into a rust orange and I hated it! Mai did a really good job of getting my hair that nice blonde color without the orange.
I left my roots natural so that it’s more low maintenance. That’s the great thing about an ombre, you can just let it grow out! I think the color is great for the summer and I’m super excited to have my hair feeling light and healthy again. If you were thinking about getting your hair done I would definitely recommend them!
I just picked up this dress for Florida because it’s an awesome basic. Great to throw over a bathing suit or to dress up with some black booties. Definitely comfy and flattering for all body types and uh did I mention it’s under $15?!
